						Kürbisfleisch in Würfel schneiden. Die Schalotte schälen, feinhacken und in der Butter andünsten. Kürbiswürfel zugeben und kurz mitdünsten. Alles mit der Brühe ablöschen und köcheln bis der Kürbis sehr weich ist. Den Weißwein angießen und weitere 5 Minuten kochen. Mit der Creme Fraiche verfeinern und mit den Gewürzen abschmecken. Die Suppe fein pürieren. Anschließend nochmals vorsichtig erwärmen. Garnelen zugeben. Mit Schnittlauch oder Zitronenmelisse garnieren.
